DVD Sales: Purchase: · All orders are subject to product availabilty, we will not charge the customer if the product is not avialable. · All store pick up orders will be ready next business day for pick up.
Returns: Defective products:
· All defective products must be returned within 15 days after the delivery.
· We will replace any defective products with new one.
· Defective products will be replaced with the same product.
· No Exchanges will be entertained for a different product.
Manufacturing defects:
· We will give you full refund in case of manufacturing defect
· All defective products must be returned within 15 days after the delivery.
Other returns:
· Any unopened products may be returned for a refund.
· Shipping charges and one dollar restocking fee per item will be deducted and the rest will be refunded.

Opened Products:
· No refunds No exchanges
Rental Process:-
The rental prices quoted online are applicable only to ONLINE ORDERS.
Renting:
Customers can rent up to 5 movies at a time.
Rental period is one week for all movies.
Customers can rent movies online with two options:
Pick up from the store:
Once you place order please allow 1 Hour in the weekdays and 2 Hours in the weekends . Major Holidays please send a email requesting for pickup (info@njmtv.com)
- A movie will be kept on hold in the store until the close of next business day for pickup by customer.
- The rental period begins from the time a customer picks up the movie from the store.
- If the customer fails to pick up the movie within the hold period, the order will be cancelled and the customer will charged a restocking fee of $1 per movie.
By Mail:
- Movies rented by a customer can be shipped to them at a flat rate of $2 per shipping.
- The movies will be shipped to the customer within 24 hrs except on holidays and Sundays.
- All shipments will be accompanied by a delivery confirmation and the rental period begins from the date it is received by the customer.
Returns:
A customer can return the movies within the rental period in either of two ways regardless of the way in which it was rented:
Store Return: The movie should be returned to the store by the end of seventh business day in the store, before store closes. No Drop off facility.
By Mail:
- The movie can be mailed back to the store using a traceable shipping method such as USPS mail with delivery confirmation Or FedEx, UPS etc.
- DVDs must be postmarked or shipped back on or before EOD(end of day) of the 7 th business day from the date at which it is received.
- For e.g. if the 7th day is a holiday it is acceptable to ship it on the next business day.
Late Returns:
- Late fees will apply to all movies at the end of the rental period
- Late fees will be charged by the week and not by the day. For e.g. if the movie is returned on the 8 th day the customer will be charged for the whole extra week.
- An email will be sent to the customers at the end of the rental period notifying them of the late fees.
- After 3 weeks of overdue returns, the customer will be charged for the full retail price of the DVD.
- Sales tax will apply to all NJ customers.
