Desi Romeos, yet another Babbu Maan film in which, no such concern shows regarding the current trends of Punjabi Cinema. Not too many big names in the artists list except Babbu Maan himself and Harjit Harman who is another singer turned actor with Desi Romeos. Seems like the crew didn't feel the need of any big names in the cast but there certainly was, because acting lacks the sting to leave the audience intoxicated and they failed to make their mark in the movie. Perhaps the story took too long to establish the other characters apart from Babbu Maan's.
'Desi Romeos' revolves around six friends who take life in a casual manner, though they have heaps of talent to become superstars. Movie is a high voltage drama with patches of action and comedy with inconsistent story all the way through. The actual matter of fact is there are too many things that have been tried in the film which led to the confusing conclusion at the end. There are too many issues with the movie like the story, screenplay and even direction has nothing special to offer to the public. Songs and Music are the things which keep the audience tied to their seats and surprisingly all the songs have been sung by Babbu Maan himself where there are two other singers, Harjit Harman and Bhupinder Gill who also feature in the movie.
