Defective products:

·         All defective products must be returned within 15 days after the delivery.

·         We will replace any defective products with new one.

·         Defective products will be replaced with the same product.

·         We will give you full refund in case of manufacturing defect

Other returns:

·         Shipping charges and one dollar restocking fee per item will be deducted and the rest will be refunded.

Shipping Policy and Processing Times

To make sure you get the fewest shipments possible, we'll do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we can't and we need to send you more than one shipment, we'll only charge you once for the total value of your order. Here's some other helpful information:

njmtv.com strives to process orders for in-stock items within 2 business day after receiving your order. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.

Standard shipping is limited to continental US only.
For International Orders shipping  charges may vary depending on the quantity and destination.
