Synopsis:
Madurai Michael (Silambarasan) is a big don in Madurai along with his company (Mahat Raghavendra and VTV Ganesh ) in the fray. Michael falls in love with Selvi (Shriya Saran). Selvi too loves him but is afraid of his violence. She asks him to give up violence and look for a job in Dubai as they can settle there after marriage. Unfortunately an opponent don frames Michael on a charge and gets him arrested. Selvi's father (Y. G. Mahendra) arranges a marriage with someone else. Selvi waits for Michael to stop the marriage. Michael escapes from jail and reaches the venue, but doesn't stop as he thinks that Selvi deserves someone better and not a don like him. Selvi marries someone else. Michael reaches dubai and becomes a big don. After 30 years, He comes to Chennai with the identity Ashwin. Now older Ashwin who is 58 years old falls in love with Ramya (Tamannaah). Ramya takes care of old people and Ashwin is one of them. When Ashwin is about to propose to Ramya, she tells everyone that she is in love with Shiva (Silambarasan) who looks like a younger Ashwin. Now Ashwin decides to marry Ramya by dressing like Shiva.
